We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use tracking beyond basic, privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand how the site is used.

We use your booking details for one purpose: to arrange and carry out your laundry pickup and delivery. Your request is sent by email to our team so we can confirm your time and plan the collection.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details about your booking.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We only use it to serve your booking.

We keep booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and keep sensible records. If you would like your information removed sooner, just ask.
